Custom Kitchen Design by Crabtree Kitchens

Crabtree Kitchens has designed a galley style kitchen that mixes many different surfaces with old and new appliances for a unique and eclectic look.
All kitchens contain certain necessary items such as a cook top, refrigerator, sink, cabinetry and countertops.  It can be difficult to truly personalize these stock items but Crabtree Kitchens has mastered the art of designing a custom kitchen meant just for you.

  • Combining the old with the new adds a sense of history and warmth to a kitchen.  Stainless steel appliances and a modern glass hood sit next to an old-fashioned stove in this kitchen.
  • A unique mix of wood and color adds interest. Hand painted white cabinetry is warmed by the light stain found on the wall hung shelves.  The open display of bottles and spices add color to this monochromatic room.
  • The collection of hanging cooking utensils is not only practical but is interesting enough to be considered “artwork” in this space.
Crabtree Kitchens will customize your kitchen space to meet your individual needs.  All products are hand made and hand painted in their own workshop.
They have three UK showrooms located in London, Weybridge and Bentley.  Visit their website at www.crabtreekitchens.co.uk to view their portfolio.  The kitchen of your dreams may be a phone call away.

How to Create a Glamorous and Mysterious Master Bedroom

Creating a master bedroom retreat through the use of a sophisticated black and beige color scheme and elegant high gloss finishes.
Mysterious.  Sophisticated.  Glamorous.  If these words describe the master bedroom of your dreams, this room designed by Supply Only Bedrooms may be just the answer.
The “Gloss” line features a wardrobe, headboard, dresser, nightstand, vanity and bench and occasional tables shown in a black lacquer finish. The addition of shiny chrome metal found in the hardware and table and chair legs adds a touch of “bling” to the room. This is complemented by the silver leaf finish used on the upholstered chair legs and frame.

The glint of silver and the light from the tall vanity and bedside lamps is reflected in the vanity mirror.
All this black bedroom is toned down through the use of beige and cream tones found in the bedding, wall to wall carpeting and the floral print of the wallcovering.  Designer touches that add to the glamorous feel include using a chandelier in the overhead lighting, tassel accents on the lampshades and fresh flowers.

While the black color scheme and the sophisticated finishes found in the room are glamorous, the room is comforting and soothing as well.
This is accomplished by using just one or two “quiet” colors that create a romantic and mysterious getaway for you and that special someone.
